1. Service Nature

Most calibration services are customized according to the customer's instrument scope standards and technical requirements. Because of this completed calibration services are generally non refundable.

2. Order Cancellation

If a service request is cancelled before any technical work begins a refund may be considered after deducting applicable administrative or processing charges where applicable.

3. Completed Services

No refund will normally be provided once calibration testing inspection certification reporting or related technical work has been completed.

4. Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally make a duplicate payment for the same service please contact us with valid payment details. After verification the excess amount may be refunded through the original payment method where feasible.

5. Incorrect Information

If incorrect instrument details are provided by the customer and this affects the service additional charges may apply. Refund requests arising from incorrect customer information may be declined.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds where applicable are generally processed within a reasonable business period. Actual credit timelines depend on the payment provider or bank.

7. Non-Refundable Items

• Completed calibration services
• Issued calibration certificates or reports
• Consultation or technical services already delivered
• Customized laboratory work performed on request

8. Exceptions

If a refund is required under applicable law or because of a verified billing error made by us we will review the case and resolve it fairly.
